Northern Premium Steel Competition Kettlebells – with the Northern range of steel competition kettlebells, you will find a standardised handle that the cast iron kettlebells don't have. There is less space for hand positioning, however each kettlebell is the same size which is particularly valuable as the weight increases.
On each ‘bell you will find the weight stamped on the front, with each weight represented by coloured paint up to the handle, where it then become bare steel which makes it grippier.
Common exercises include kettlebell swings, deadlifts or high-pulls, however with kettlebells, the possibilities are endless! Goblet squats, lunges, Turkish getups and pass throughs are more advanced movements to try too!
Northern does recommend the use of chalk or other grip assistance, to avoid the kettlebell slipping.

I've been a regular kettlebell user for around 16 years and have used many different brands of competition. These are excellent quality at an incredible price. Delivery was rapid and incredibly cheap. I have no hesitation in recommending these KBs. One minor thing, they come in just one colour (black) so you have to read the weight on the KB to distinguish between them. It would be nice if different weights had different colours. However, this is a very minor issue and does not affect my unqualified recommendation of these bells.
