Ordered on the 3 for 2 offer for my wife’s birthday . After delivery confirmed , they said they needed a signature . My wife and I both work so changed to an afternoon I was in , before her birthday. Delivery firm said they would deliver , didn’t , next day on the phone for an hour -delivery firm would not say why it was not delivered form my wife’s birthday and then cut me off -my wife’s birthday present was not delivered and then we stayed in on a Saturday and still not . finally contacted Northern equipment -communication and understanding was excellent said they would sort it . My wife’s birthday was on the Friday , product delivered on the Monday after - no communication from Northern afterwards , no explanation why the delivery was missed other than the delivery form could not be bothered and although not directly their fault and despite knowing the challenges and disappointments from the delivery firms lack of delivery - they did not communicate that it would be delivered and when it was delivered a follow up . As said , love the product , would have bought more but disappointed they just did not follow up after their delivery firm ruined my wife’s birthday … and I spent 2 hours on various phone calls.

I’m used to the compact cast iron kettle bells as used at the gym. I hadn’t considered the size of the vinyl/plastic ones. Very cumbersome for the heavier weights 16kg plus.
