I bought 8kg, 12kg, and 16kg kettlebells, the 8 and 12 are perfect but the 16kg came with a dent/chip and surrounding the dent is what looks like the remains of a sticker that was removed. I thought, two out of three isn't too bad. Apart from that, no complaints, the delivery was fine, and so was the packaging. I'm quite sure I'll order again when I need to.

Already owning northerns 4,6,8,12,16 and 20KG kettlebells and being super impressed with the quality and finish I purchased the 24 to complete the set.
The finish is terrible, the painting is shocking and there are multiple sharp shards sticking out on the handle. This shows a clear lack of quality control.
I did send an email to northern who agreed with me that the item they sent me was sub standard and offered a return and replacement, but by the time they had received and inspected my return then processed and sent a replacement it would be too late for what I actually needed it for.
Left me really disappointed and unsure if I’ll use northern again.

Ordered a set of Kettlebells and after a week messaged them to say the haven’t arrived, then said they will send some more out which never materialised , then said they were delivered, they were not.
Absolute waste of time, no refund and no kettlebells.

I ordered these after returning a set of Taurus vinyl coated cast iron kettlebells, that were just a terrible design. And these cast iron bells from Northern Gym Equipment are far superior, I just love everything about them. The quality is great, you get exactly what it says on the tin, the design in terms of handle thickness and space between handle and bell is in the correct range, unlike the Taurus bells I returned, and best of all, they came at an amazing price. I also had a 20% discount on top which really put the cherry on the top.
They work well for all main movements like swings, snatches, cleans, squats, etc. And I couldn't recommend them enough!

Bought a 16kg kettlebell for my first one , I’ve trained all my life but never really used them before . Did some research and decided I wanted the smallest size per weight so they meant cast iron . Really pleased with with my purchase , comfy in the hand and I’m enjoying training with it

Unfortunately, my order, which I placed on 18/08, was not delivered by EVRI, it is now 01/09. I reported this issue, and you sent a replacement, but that order has also gone missing.
I have given two stars because you have tried to resolve the issue; however, I still have not received my order. I would suggest changing your courier as soon as possible to prevent further delivery issues, as this appears to be a regular problem based on most other reviews.
I have now requested a refund, as I have little confidence that I will receive my order.
