I am delighted with my hex dumbbell set. I am new to weight training so didn't want to pay a lot of money some of the other online sites were offering. The dumbbells were dispatched quickly, however one dumbbell was missing from one of the packages when it was delivered by the courier. It had clearly been damaged in transit and the courier had taped it back up with their own tape not realising one dumbbell was missing. I contacted NorthernGym and they immediately dispatched the missing dumbbell which I received within 2 days. I was apprehensive about receiving a response from NorthernGym after reading some of the reviews regarding poor customer service. I have to say this wasn't the case for me and they resolved my issue immediately. I don't normally write many reviews but on this occasion I felt I should as their customer service was second to none for me personally. And the hex dumbbells are good quality too. All in all a great experience for me and I will be purchasing from NorthernGym again. Happy customer.
