I bought 8kg, 12kg, and 16kg kettlebells, the 8 and 12 are perfect but the 16kg came with a dent/chip and surrounding the dent is what looks like the remains of a sticker that was removed. I thought, two out of three isn't too bad. Apart from that, no complaints, the delivery was fine, and so was the packaging. I'm quite sure I'll order again when I need to.

Terrible customer service. Terrible damaged products - stay clear

Already owning northerns 4,6,8,12,16 and 20KG kettlebells and being super impressed with the quality and finish I purchased the 24 to complete the set.
The finish is terrible, the painting is shocking and there are multiple sharp shards sticking out on the handle. This shows a clear lack of quality control.
I did send an email to northern who agreed with me that the item they sent me was sub standard and offered a return and replacement, but by the time they had received and inspected my return then processed and sent a replacement it would be too late for what I actually needed it for.
Left me really disappointed and unsure if I’ll use northern again.

Ordered a set of Kettlebells and after a week messaged them to say the haven’t arrived, then said they will send some more out which never materialised , then said they were delivered, they were not.
Absolute waste of time, no refund and no kettlebells.

I ordered these after returning a set of Taurus vinyl coated cast iron kettlebells, that were just a terrible design. And these cast iron bells from Northern Gym Equipment are far superior, I just love everything about them. The quality is great, you get exactly what it says on the tin, the design in terms of handle thickness and space between handle and bell is in the correct range, unlike the Taurus bells I returned, and best of all, they came at an amazing price. I also had a 20% discount on top which really put the cherry on the top.
They work well for all main movements like swings, snatches, cleans, squats, etc. And I couldn't recommend them enough!

Upgrading from vinyl to a cast irol kettlebell completely changed my workout —better grip and the compact sizing makes my movements smoother.

It’s now the 12th September and I still don’t have my item… when emailing the company all I got back was sorry and thank you for you patience… don’t even offer a refund on my delivery which I had to pay for and even look into proper…. Not shop with them!!!!

Great quality gear. Arrived promptly. I've used them before this purchase of a 16 and 12 kg kettlebells of another 16 and a 24kg kettlebell. They're all great quality which is why i keep going back to them. My plan next year is to build a decent quality gym at home so I'll be back for more gear, such as an adjustable bench and a heavy duty rack. I also like that they're not just British, they're Northern so my money goes to a local business. What's not to like?

Really impressed with Northern. I’ve previously purchased their dumbbells and have now added their training bands and 12kg kettlebells to my collection. The quality, finish and feel of everything have been excellent. Great equipment from a company I’m very happy to keep coming back to. Highly recommended!

I ordered a set of 3 kettlebells (16kg, 20kg, 24kg) under order #NORTHERN106847. Two of the kettlebells arrived right away, but the 20kg kettlebell was missing.
When I contacted customer support, the initial response was slow and only said they would look into it with DHL. After following up again, I was told a replacement would be sent, but the replacement tracking number provided does not work or exist on the courier system.
It has been weeks since my original order, and I am still missing part of a set I paid for. The process has been extremely frustrating, and the communication needs to be drastically improved.
