I absolutely love these dumbbells! They feel fantastic to use, and I use them every single day. The D-shaped design is excellent for training and gives me a very comfortable and secure grip.
I’m so impressed with them that I’m planning to buy the 4kg version next. I would also be very excited if NORTHERN developed a 5kg version in the future. I would definitely buy them!

I bought these for my 97 year old mother to help with her upper body strength. 500g is the ideal size for her. I like them so much I bought a 1kg pair for myself. I’ve used them for walking and to add in upper body stuff while riding on Zwift.

Pretty happy with these weights, which are great for martial artists and boxers as they have a comfortable grip and shape designed for punching drills, where dumbells are often too cumbersome, or wrist weights too slippy and pinchy, these are the perfect choice.
My only gripe is that they are coated with rubber, possibly for added grip, which makes the larger of the set a bit too chunky (would prefer without coating personally), though are still fine to use of course.
